The homework sheet is usually sent home each Monday, and homework is due back on Friday morning.
Sometimes a sheet is not sent home if it is a short week.
Reading
Please fill in the book or pages read each night.
Aim for 3 or 4 nights that your child reads each night, Monday-Friday.
Spelling
A list of spelling words will be sent home next week after interviews.
Maths
Children are given activities related to the current or previous topic.
Usually children can complete these independently, with parents checking when they are finished.
Sometimes they have a game and need someone to play with them.
Sometimes they need to discuss a problem.
